- End-stroke leakage tests for pressures up to 7250 psi
- Mid-stroke (or any stroke position) leakage test
- Integrity and cycle tests up to 7250 psi
- Adjustable air tests up to 290 psi
- Stress Tests

- Variable displacement pump capable of delivering up to 100 gallons per minute and reaching a maximum pressure of 7250 psi.
- The pump is driven by an electric motor that operates at 1450 rpm.
- 8 decibels-rated sound insulated cabinet with four large doors for ease of access.
- Kidney loop filtration unit
- Heat exchanger for hydraulic cooling and heating
- Particle counter
- Complete set of sensors and gauges
- Dedicated HMI with touch screen
- Integrated pneumatic system that empties cylinders of oil after hydraulic tests.
