The Technics Assembly & Test Hydraulic Valves Test Stand is a modular, high-performance
testing system engineered to evaluate a wide range of hydraulic valve designs. The platform
supports extensive operating envelopes for flow, pressure, current, and voltage, enabling
accurate performance validation across production, laboratory, and service environments.

About Our Solution
The Technics Assembly & Test Universal Testʼs Stand is a modular, high-performance
hydraulic testing system designed to test single or multiple valves and other hydraulic
components simultaneously or independently. A centralized main power unit supplies
multiple test benches—such as PT-25A, MT-25A, and VT-25A models-each with
independent flow and pressure control.
By isolating the power unit from the test area and integrating control valves directly
at each bench, the system reduces noise and heat and maximizes efficiency. This
scalable architecture minimizes equipment duplication, reduces operating costs,
and optimizes floor space, making it ideal for production, laboratory, and repair
environments.

Data Acquisition & Control System
