Constant Contact
An online particle counter monitors the process and communicates with a control panel mounted to the skid. The system continuously logs the cleanliness of the fluid and creates a quality report at the end of the process. With some customization, our system alerts operators through text or email and can communicate with any existing plant systems.
Custom Cleanliness
Our filtration systems can be designed to clean to any ISO cleanliness specification. The system pictured here is designed to clean to 18/16/13 (ISO 4406).
